Dun Rite Stock and Stables prides themselves on producing functional, maternal Angus, Maine Anjou and MaineTainer cattle that are visually appealing and functional in todays commercial industry.

Our goal each year is to work hard to continually improve the quality and quantity of our forage production. This focus has given us the ability to continue to expand our operation and allow us to retain and background our own calves annually. From these calves we choose our replacement heifers as well as select a group of heifers that will be bred and marketed in the fall as commercial bred heifers This further development allows us to track performance within sire groups and cow families. In operating our farm direct beef sales we finish groups of animals allowing us to not only provide quality beef to consumers but also gain a better understanding of how our cattle perform through the backgrounding and finishing sectors of our business.
